By joining the waitlist or booking a session with Miranda Martin Photography LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not join the waitlist or book a session.
Joining the waitlist is free and carries no obligation to book. Waitlist members receive a direct booking link via text and email when time slots are released. Receiving a booking link does not guarantee a specific time slot, which are limited and claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full session details, pricing, and payment terms are provided with your booking link. Session dates, times, and availability are released when the booking link goes out and may change without prior notice.
Holiday Mini Sessions are designed for immediate families of up to 6 people and last approximately 20 minutes. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies will be outlined with your booking confirmation. Please review them carefully before confirming your session.
All photographs are the copyrighted property of Miranda Martin Photography LLC. Terms regarding personal print use, sharing, and any other usage will be provided with your final gallery delivery.
Miranda Martin Photography LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, or venue restrictions. Session availability is subject to change.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the waitlist or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review them periodically.
